Meet the Founder, Dawn Crook
Dawn’s approach to supporting people with intellectual disabilities or a dual diagnosis is rooted in a philosophy of co-design and personalized services. Instead of fitting people into predefined services, Dawn focuses on creating tailored opportunities that allow each person to discover, grow, and share their unique gifts and talents. Through meaningful connection and conversation, she empowers everyone to discover their potential to connect, engage and thrive.
Central to her practice is fostering a sense of belonging and citizenship through genuine connection, engagement, and inclusion.

Her extensive experience spans across the community, health, education, and developmental sectors, reflecting her deep expertise and dedication to independent facilitation and planning.
With 25 years of experience advocating for and supporting people to live a life of full citizenship in safe and inclusive communities, Dawn is now channeling her passion to work directly with YOU to provide the services you want, when you want them.
