U&I Planning
Independent planning sessions are co-designed with you and your circle of support ensuring that your goals and aspirations are at the forefront of the process. Up to $2500.00 of Passport Funding can be used towards a personal plan. Let us assist you to create a plan that truly reflects your individuality and empowers you to achieve your dreams.
U&I Passport Fund Administration
Managing your funds can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. With our expert guidance, we can fill out forms, submit claims, and build a budget that works for you. 10% of your Passport funding can be applied to fund administration ensuring that you receive the financial support you require to access necessary services and resources.
U&I Support
& Respite Services
Our Support and Respite Services promote balance, well-being, choice and community inclusion. We offer various opportunities and a level of support so people can achieve their goals and live a good life. Costs are reflective of duration, activity, ticket prices, entrance fees, transportation, level of support and membership packages.
